We grant a warranty for the quality of our products only in such a way that we repair or replace the goods showing defects in workmanship or materials if they have been returned to us within the legal or contractual term. Claims for compensation, rescission of sale or reduction of the purchase price shall not be accepted.

We shall not be liable for personal injury, damages or operational disturbances resulting from faults or defects of our products.

Place of Jurisdiction and place of fulfilment shall be exclusively München. German law is applicable in all cases, also when it comes to cross-border deliveries.

In the event that one or several provisions of our terms of delivery and payment shall be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

By signing or receiving the order confirmation or by receiving the goods and the invoice, the general terms and conditions of Group Med GmbH & Co. KG are accepted, which means that for all future orders and deliveries, the general terms and conditions remain valid and accepted and binding.
